  1. Enquiries come in at 11 pm.

    WhatsApp, Facebook, the website form. You answer the same five questions forty times a month, and the ones you miss go to the next shop.

    I run my own businesses on this. That is what I teach.

    Thirteen years as a financing consultant in Malaysia. I also own a marketing agency and build websites and AI systems for service businesses. The same set-up runs all of them: clear company information, written rules, a memory of what was decided, and a person who checks before anything goes out.

    Questions people ask first.

    Yes. If you can use WhatsApp and Excel, you can run this. The set-up is done with you, step by step, on your own laptop. You never see code, and you never touch anything you did not set up yourself.

    A paid plan for ChatGPT or Claude — most owners already have one. Nothing else is required for the first job. If a second tool would genuinely help, I say so before we start, not after.

    It stays in your own accounts and on your own laptop. I keep nothing. What the AI sees is the same as what you type into ChatGPT or Claude today, under your own plan — and we write down what it should never be given.

    Then you don’t pay. If the set-up is not running on your machine, or you cannot run it yourself by the end of the session, you receive a full refund. The terms are written on the Academy page.

    The first job runs during the session. From then on it runs every time that work comes in. You measure it the same way I do: hours off your week.
